and appellate courts, up to and including the Supreme Court of Florida and United

arena. All of the lawyers who practice in the Litigation area are also acutely aware
of the costs and risks of litigation, and as a result of this, and of our commitment
to the client, we endeavor to secure the early evaluation — and if possible
the early resolution — of disputes, through the use of alternative dispute
resolution or otherwise. The Firm was one of the regions first in this region to
