The Firm's Financial Institutions Regulation practice includes all aspects of financial-
institutions law, including bank and bank holding company operations, regulations,
mergers and acquisitions, conversions and general corporate matters. The Firm offers
experience in dealing with the various financial institution regulatory agencies
at the state and federal level, including the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation,
Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Reserve Board, Resolution Trust
Corporation, Office of Thrift Supervision and the Florida Department of Banking
