Representative Client Experience

  • Represents individual clients in preparing wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and advanced health care directives, as well as complex estate planning documents such as private foundations, charitable trusts, and life insurance trusts.
  • Represents executors, personal representatives and trustees in all phases of estate and trust administration, from summary administration to formal administration, including preparation of estate and gift tax returns. Litigates all issues concerning estate and trusts.
  • Represents developers, builders, real estate agents and property owners in all phases of real estate transactions from contract negotiations to closings, including tax-free exchanges of real property, as well as litigate issues that arise in the various phases.
  • Represents insureds of title companies to quiet title and otherwise cure and resolve various issues relating to real estate ownership, including boundary disputes, access problems, mortgages and liens, easements and other impediments on title to real estate.
  • Represents business owners and individuals in forming corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies for business and asset protection purposes, merging and dividing existing businesses, resolving business disputes through negotiations and litigation.
  • Represents individual tax payers and businesses in disputes with the IRS and Florida Department of Revenue regarding various tax issues.
  • Represents elderly individuals in obtaining Medicaid and other public assistance.
