- Represents clients in matters involving the Florida Public Service Commission, state regulatory boards, local government agencies and boards, Public Counsel, Attorney General, other state public utility regulatory commissions, and the Federal Communications Commission.
- Representation before the Florida Public Service Commission in all matters including rate setting, contract negotiation and disputes, certificate of need, interconnection, certification and registration, tariffs, declaratory statements, show cause, performance measures and standards, and anticompetitive conduct claims.
- Practice before Attorney General, Public Council, state regulatory boards, and other public agencies include business defense, lobbying, purchasing and contracts, and regulatory oversight.
- Local government practice includes land use, purchasing and contracts, and other regulatory matters.
- Prosecutes anti-trust claims, breach of contract, fraud, and anticompetitive conduct in Federal Court.
- Represents businesses in invitation to bid, requests for proposals, and other contractual matters involving state and local government agencies.
