Richard “Rick” Miller recently taught at the 2025 Florida Court Personnel (FCP) Institute in Orlando. Organized by the Office of Court Education, the FCP Institute is “designed to help attendees enhance knowledge, build skills, and promote ethical standards, all with the goal of ensuring the competent and fair administration of justice.” Miller’s teaching focused on elucidating and exploring the Mission and Vision statements of the Florida Judicial Branch. And among this year’s “students” were Judicial Assistants and new-hire personnel from across the state. “We’re fortunate to have such a robust, statewide training initiative,” Miller maintained. “It was a true honor to contribute to this year’s Institute.”
