Cameron Carstens focuses his practice on employment law, education law and administrative law. Mr. Carstens defends public and private clients in employment litigation and advises clients on a wide range of employment issues. In his education law practice, Mr. Carstens defends school districts in litigation and serves as general counsel to school boards. In his administrative law practice, Mr. Carstens represents clients before state agencies and at the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings in licensure matters, rule challenges, disciplinary proceedings and other types of administrative litigation.
Mr. Carstens is a member of the Labor and Employment Law, Administrative Law and Trial Lawyers Sections of the Florida Bar. He is a past recipient of the Bennett Scholarship from the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar to attend the Advanced International Advocacy Course at the University of Oxford. Mr. Carstens has been selected as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2019-2024.
